Fall update...

Progress has been steady over the last few months as I have been able to spend a few days most every week in Port Townsend. Matt Pistay has been working on the running rigging. Matt has been very successful racing various sailboats for a number of years. Recently he has been on winning crews in the Race to Alaska and the Transpac.

Anika (ankorpdx.com) did a very nice job on the cushions. She is
currently completing a cover for the pop top.

Installation of a propane tank for the galley stove is complete,
including a "sniffer" that closes a valve at the tank when
propane fumes are detected. A carbon monoxide detector
has also been installed. The starboard side fuel locker is done
with a mount for the outboard motor fuel tank. Both the propane
locker and the fuel locker vent overboard through the transom.

The keel lifting crane is being fitted. The worm drive winch lifts the keel and
lead bulb with a strap that goes through a lug at the top of the keel. The crane legs
shown here will be about 8 inches shorter in the final configuration.
