Pop top cover...

The pop top provides standing head room in the cabin while at anchor or in calm conditions.
Anika is fitting the cover which transforms this area into a very comfortable space.

Attaching lead bulb to keel...

Attaching the lead bulb to the keel was a complicated process which involved:
Lifting the boat off of the trailer and on to boat stands with a crane
Lowering the keel into the keel trunk
Positioning the lead under the boat using a pallet jack
Attaching the lead to the keel
Potting the rebate on the bottom of the lead with thickened epoxy
          Painting anti-fouling
Lifting the boat off of the boat stands and lowering back on the trailer with a crane

Out of the woods...

Wiring is complete. From left to right are battery selector,
voltmeter with 2 USB ports, propane control with sniffer, BlueSea panel
with 3 circuits on. Not shown here is a carbon monoxide detector

Propane stove is now functional

Ørn is Norwegian and Icelandic for Eagle

Today I moved the boat out of the woods and onto the
concrete pad in front of Simon's shop. In the next several
weeks I hope to lift the boat off of the trailer with a crane
and place it on stands in order to install the keel and lead.

I took advantage of Simon's hose to start off the new year clean.
