Spring 2019 Update...

I did get some work done over the winter. Windows are installed and all the deck hardware is in place. Toilet and fresh water plumbing is done and I have started the wiring.

Galley pump is installed. Sink and stovetop are dry fitted until wiring underneath
is completed. Black rectangle at bottom is a Blue Sea electrical breaker panel.
Main battery switch is to the left.

Outboard is a Tohatsu 5hp with alternator. It will stow in this deck locker (with
tiller underneath) when not in use.

The pop top  in the raised position

Last Thursday was an exciting day, the mast was raised for the first time. Alex and Joe from Ballard Sails installed the standing rigging and lifelines and measured for sails. On hand to help were Eric Jolley and Simon Miles.

Evan Walker fabricated the aluminum A frame which stabilizes the mast during raising.
A line thru a block at the top of the A frame leads forward and attaches to the mast just below
the lower spreaders. The other end of the line goes aft to another block and then to a winch.
When not in use, the A frame will live on the trailer.
The base of the mast is bolted to the tabernacle
